Villa Ampeli is a stone house locate at the heart of our organic farm. It offers a breathtaking view of our neighbor pine forest and the Ionian Sea. Here you will find the epitome of Zakynthian architecture, combining tradition with comfort.
Villa Ampeli offers four-bedrooms and two bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 8 persons over two floors. There are three large verandas. The front veranda located on the south-east offers a peaceful view of the olive grove, ideal for your morning coffee. The rear veranda, located on the north-west offers unique view of the pine forest and the Ionian Sea. The third veranda is located on the top floor and offers an idyllic 360ο view over the Vassilikos village.
Ampeli welcomes you with big and bright living area. From there you have access to the dinning area with an open kitchen with access to the rear veranda. On the ground floor there is also a master bedroom with an enclose bathroom. Through the staircase, you have access to the second floor with the three bedrooms and a big bathroom with a bathtub. All bedrooms are equipped with double or king size beds. There is an air-condition in each bedroom.
There is ample of private outdoor spaces including a BBQ which our guests are welcome to use.
